Are there additional steps we need to take to get the cart icon to display?
I checked the user-configurable opac selections in the admin interface, such as opacheader and opacuserjs to see if there was some specific code suppressing the cart there, but couldn't find anything.
We are using LEK, specifically: 3.01.00.039 with LibLime Enterprise Koha build: 4.0200019.
