Further testing reveals that suggestions made from the staff interface do work. It's the OPAC side that doesn't seem to work. After submitting a suggestion in the OPAC, a message pops up that says your suggestion has been submitted. But it hasn't. . . As far as I know purchase suggestions do not email the library. http://manual.koha-community.org/3.8/en/purchasesuggest.html
When one is made, it should show up the staff interface for the librarians to deal with, are the suggestions not showing there?
