Hi Daniel, your "holds allowed (count)" column says 0. If you leave the field empty when adding a new rule it will default to 0. Enter a high value like 999 if you don't want to restrict the number of holds that can be placed for this library/itype/patron category combination. Katrin

I'm testing Koha, I downloaded the Virtual Machine preconfigured. I inserting some books and all works fine... but the problem is when I try to Place Hold a book, appear this warning message: "Sorry, none of these items can be placed on hold."
