[Koha] How do you handle "Claimed Returns"?

Hello folks ~ We are migrating from SirsiDynix Horizon and are wondering how the concept of a "claimed return" is handled in Koha. I am RTFM [ 3.6 ] and do not see a reference to this. The fines show a $0.00 dollar amount and a 'block' is placed on the account in Horizon. How does your library handle a "claimed return" in Koha? Thank you! -- Chad Roseburg Automation Dept.
