[Koha] Inventory / Stock taking: Gateway Time-out

Dear Friends, We have 50000 records in Koha 3.8.6. For trying stock taking , we input accession numbers in a csv file (45000 records) and uploaded in stock taking module. We got the following error. Gateway Time-out The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application. Whats the meaning of this error? Anybody tried stock taking of huge number of records? -- Vimal Kumar V.
