Accounts with normal privileges can, however, empty out a page. Deleting a page in MediaWiki is reserved for wiki administrators, a list of whom can be found at http://wiki.koha-community.org/w/index.php?title=Special:ListUsers&group=sysop Administrator privileges will readily be granted on request to anybody known to me or one of the other administrators.
