Hi, On centos, my circulation email alert are not going showing the pending status. But other email alert like new patron adding are going. I tried the following link http://lists.katipo.co.nz/public/koha/2011-September/030633.html I randomly run the scripts in that directory given in above link. Once all the checkout and checkin alert gone by chance I don't know how. I was very happy but I tried again all the history command but it did not work. I am at the stage where I started. OK, given you're not using the debian packages, that command won't help. Given that, you'll have to make sure you've set the cron job to send emails up correctly. That should be in the documentation.
