I've checked in Acquisitions > Suggestions and nothing is there. If the suggestions are being collected somewhere, it's not immediately obvious where, and that was my best guess.
This change: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=7300 introduced a UI regression that makes it appear like suggestions vanish.
