[Koha] Multiple Items for a Single Record

Hope all are fine. I have got a problem: I have generated MARC records of my old library database from the Excel sheet using MARC EDIT. Problem is, when i upload these MARC Records to my KOHA library, it shows multiple Items for a Single Record and all the details of 952 get scattered one by one showing an item of that record.
