Multiple Items for a Single Record
Hope all are fine. I have got a problem: I have generated MARC records of my old library database from the Excel sheet using MARC EDIT. Problem is, when i upload these MARC Records to my KOHA library, it shows multiple Items for a Single Record and all the details of 952 get scattered one by one showing an item of that record. Dear since you have converted from excel so your all copies of same title are scattered, either you merge all same title through Koha or use marcedit to bring the same titles at one place as well as at the time of import you can use duplicate check with ISBN. When you created your marc record you made: 952$a 952$b 952$c etc What you need is: 952$a$b$c etc If you are using MARCEdit, its probably easiest to sort it out there and do your import again. HTH, Bob Birchall Calyx On 08/07/15 15:02, vinod mishra wrote:
