Since we are a very small school library, we don't do fines and overdues, etc. Basically just looking to catalog, checkin and checkout with bar codes. I'll have to delve deeper tomorrow. Did you set up cron jobs for things like overdues and fines? When doing that, did you also set one up for zebra? If so, try running it by hand and seeing if it tells you that something is going wrong.
