I have done that already. I can easily send and receive mails using my Evolution Mail. It is enough to send overdue emails to patrons as well??? Or is there something else I need to do or install. Please Help. Thank you. On Sun, Nov 22, 2009 at 10:00 PM, Jesse <pianohacker@gmail.com> wrote:

Thanks for that link. It was helpful.
I did make the rules for a branch other than the default branch. Now the script does not show any error message. But the mail is not dispatched either. The templates are all looking good and so is the crontab. I think I am having a problem with the mail protocol.
What are the requirements to send a mail from KOHA to the Partons for overdue notices???
I am using my Evolution Mail Client for sending and receiving mails. I hope that's enough. If not....please suggest me what to do next.
Thank you.

I have recently set up overdue notices for any overdues in the library.
But when I run overdue_notices.pl manually it gives me the following error....
*No branches with active overduerules at ./overdue_notices.pl line 262.

Can anyone here help me abt this problem.....I didn't understand what to do????
Thank you.
You also have to run the process_message_queue.pl cronjob.
