Overdue Notice problems
I have recently set up overdue notices for any overdues in the library. But when I run overdue_notices.pl manually it gives me the following error.... *No branches with active overduerules at ./overdue_notices.pl line 262.* Can anyone here help me abt this problem.....I didn't understand what to do???? Thanks for that link. It was helpful. I did make the rules for a branch other than the default branch. Now the script does not show any error message. But the mail is not dispatched either. The templates are all looking good and so is the crontab. I think I am having a problem with the mail protocol. What are the requirements to send a mail from KOHA to the Partons for overdue notices??? I am using my Evolution Mail Client for sending and receiving mails. I hope that's enough. You also have to run the process_message_queue.pl cronjob.

Sending mail from your client can be quite different to the server sending mail. Does your server have an MTA installed, something like postfix, exim4 or sendmail? Chris
