Dear Michael and colleagues, I have even modified the patrons system preference to list 5 entries per page. Still the problem persists. I even installed koha version 3.22, and still same problem exists. However, I have now discovered that the problem happens when the number of search items returned is more that 20 items. When the search results is less that 20 items,items are displayed as expected.
Could you kindly advise on what else I may look at to resolve this issue.
Rut risking to sound funny I just ask: When you just search patrons and you get the list... Maybe you haven't seen that small button at the top saying "Show 20 entries"... the number of entries can be changed to 10 20 50 100 or All.
Otherwise I have no idea at the moment...
