Are you running 3.0.4? or earlier? Are the problems only with the call number splitting? If so, please submit samples of the call numbers that are failing to split properly (include the numbering system you use ie. DDN LCCN etc.) as a comment on bug 2500 (http://bugs.koha.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=2500) Are there any associated errors in koha-error_log?
