Hi:
Lurker here. I've been researching the Overdue Notice /Status Triggers and I have a couple of questions. If anyone can share their experiences I would appreciate it.
1. Does anyone use the Advance Notice of Item Due and, if so, how do you make the system send the notice before the item is due? The field does not like negative numbers.
2. I noticed that the Demo database now has Item Types listed in the area that defines the "Defining default overdue actions" area. Is anyone using the notice triggers based on item type instead of patron type? Do you have to provide default information for both patron and item types in order to trigger notices?
3. Does the system automatically add every Patron and Item type to "Defining default overdue actions" page?
Thanks for any information you can share.
