The fast receive function allowed people to order and receive in a couple of steps when you have them items in hand (like a donation) rather than placing an order then at a later date receiving that order. I didn't see it when I was looking in acquisitions the other day - but perhaps the code is still there it just needs to be pulled to the front? It doesn't look like that code was ever in a publicly available version of Koha.
