Any help managing donated books, etc in Koha with Simple Budget. Alguna ayuda sobre como manejar donaciones de libros, revistas, etc. usando Adquisiciones simples en Koha. There used to be a special method for donations. You'd set up a vendor called "donations" and do an order & receive all in one form/action. I didn't see it when I was looking in acquisitions the other day - but perhaps the code is still there it just needs to be pulled to the front? Cheers Rachel Adalid Ortiz wrote:

Hi Joshua, I think there area few things that Katipo had written in the original Koha release which have subsequently been lost: donations and catalogue management are two of those. The thinking and coding has been done so I guess they could be resurrected easily enough. cheers Jo. On Sun, Sep 28, 2008 at 6:24 AM, Joshua Ferraro <jmf@liblime.com> wrote:

Heres what Rachel was talking about. http://git.workbuffer.org/cgi-bin/gitweb.cgi?p=koha.git;a=commit;h=e9ae9ce9f... The fast receive function allowed people to order and receive in a couple of steps when you have them items in hand (like a donation) rather than placing an order then at a later date receiving that order.
