I couldn't check anything out to a patron because of a fine of $0.00. I set preferences to allow fines of up to $0.01 to get around this, but it still warns of a fine of $0.00. Does anyone know what would cause that and how to fix it? Off the top of my head, I think there's a new syspref in 3.0 that sets a threshold of what the maxfine allowed is before patrons are blocked. Set that to whatever your policy is (or to a high number if you don't have a policy) and that should fix it.
All I found (so far) is noissuescharge described as maximum amount withstanding to be able to check out an item. This is the one I set to 0.01.
Yes, this is a bug and isn't related to the noissuescharge system preference. I should have a patch out later today. Regards, Galen -- Galen Charlton VP, Research & Development, LibLime galen.charlton@liblime.com p: 1-888-564-2457 x709 skype: gmcharlt
