[Koha] Koha Slow Sometimes

Hello,

We have recently observed that our Koha installation is sometimes extremely slow and we ran into timeouts from Cloudflare. In the logs we were not able to see anything suspicious.
Our server is also not fully maxed out in CPU/RAM.

We have this week upgraded from 24.05 to 24.11 and hope that it will be better.
Are there any other steps we can take to improve the performance?
