[Koha] how to fill hold items?

Dear colleagues,
I placed a hold on the item in Koha 23.05 through the OPAC interface (in
advance allow the patrons to place a hold from OPAC)!
Also, set the following parameters:
EnhancedMessagingPreferences - Allow
EnhancedMessagingPreferencesOPAC - Show
I also ran the cronjobs/holds/build_holds_queue.pl -f script
But when I run the Circulation -> "Holds to pull"  report
I receive the table with the following info:
"The following holds have not been filled. Please retrieve them and check
them in."
Please explain to me how to fill this hold item. I need to email the patron
to pick up the item.
