[Koha] New Record MARC fields labels are English only?

Hello group,

I'm testing the translation files for the OPAC and Staff interface.  I was
successful in activating French for the main user interface.

However, when I go to *Cataloging* > *New Record*, the MARC field labels
remain in English.  Screenshot attached.

Is this normal?  Or did I miss something in the settings?
