[Koha] Unable to connect

Hi James

- Have you changed something lately (iptables/firewall/apache config?
- Is opac running?
- Check apache logs. (error and access, both in apache and koha logs)
- Check listening ports (sudo netstat -talpan | grep LISTEN )
