[Koha] Koha Circulation not displaying anything after check out

I have updated a Koha instance running on Ubuntu 18.04LTS to Koha version
19.11.03.000  from Koha version 19.02. When an Item is checked out it
displays on the headings (Due date, title, ,) but with no corresponding
information . On returns, it is behaving as is expected.
