[Koha] (PTFS customer) Bywater recalls plugin configured but staff side recall item symbol not showing on 18.11

I'm afraid I don't have much more to go on at this point. I think you'd
need someone to debug the plugin generated javascript to know exactly why
it's not working at this point.
