[Koha] Deleted biblio still appearing in search results staff interface

Hi Elaine

A couple of things that might help:

- Have you run a full zebra reindex or only partial? I'll go for a full
reindex
- If you run a report that looks for the "deleted" biblio by name, author
and/or record number, what does you get?

If in any of the reports you get something, then for some reason the biblio
was not completely deleted; if not it should point to a index error.
