[Koha] Patron anonymization problem

In case anyone else encounters a problem like this, I wanted to send an 
update with our resolution. It turned out that on our upgraded server 
the SQL sort_buffer_size value had been set too low. In our case, 
setting it at 2M worked to resolve the issue.
