[Koha] Education: Training resources wiki help

Hi, all--

I've created a page on the wiki for a sample book record (a novel in a
series), and my formatting is wonky--the left hand navigation is way down
the page in Firefox, Chrome, and Opera, and I can't figure out how to get
it back up alongside the page content--could someone help me to fix that,
and/or point me to where in the help I could find how to fix it?  This is
my wonky page:

Also, in putting some breadcrumbs at the top of the page, I noticed that
the Training Resources page (
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Training_resources)  has breadcrumbs
at the top that seem to imply it's located under "Customising Notices and
Slips:"

Again, I'm a bit stumped about how to fix that, but would happily give it a
try if I could be pointed to the proper help/documentation location?
(Also, my breadcrumbs at the top of my wonky page may not be done
correctly.)
