[Koha] limiting the record to specific library only.

Muhammad,

This is a community-driven mailing list, and while it may be
disappointing to not receive a reply, I don't think anyone on the
mailing list has any obligation to do that. People do that when they
have time and believe they can provide valuable input, so if you don't
get any suggestion, you could be asking a question that doesn't have a
nice answer.

It would probably be useful to provide some background information on
why this is required. Since you're only describing what you want to
accomplish without saying why this is, it can be difficult to offer
useful solutions. Otherwise this could be an XY problem (see
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XY_problem).

Finally, bibliographic records are meant to be shared, and there's
typically nothing in the bibliographic data that indicates to whom the
record belongs. If you need to keep them separate, the obvious answer
would be to have a separate Koha installation for each library. If this
is not a viable solution, please describe why, and perhaps someone can
chime in with a different proposal.

Regards,
Ere
