[Koha] Installation from Source Code

Hello, everyone!

    We are installing Koha on a server that is off network and has no
internet access. Is it possible to do this? I have downloaded the source
code through the Koha-Community website, and I have printed-to-PDF the
Packages and GIT instructions.

    We're installing on Ubuntu 18.3.4 LST.

    Many thanks for whatever insight you can give us.
