[Koha] Delete of biblio while cancel the biblio from order (need improvement)

Hi Vinod,

this is a known bug that is currently waiting for a new developer:

Bug 10758 -Show bibliographic information of deleted records in acquisitions
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=10758

The idea was to use the information from the deleted* tables for 
display, so you could still delete the record from the catalog. It would 
be done by adding a new column to the aqorders table containing the 
deletedbiblionumber.
