[Koha] Splitting SQL Reports Library

Suggestion & breaking news: I wouldn't take too much time on it, because 
Mana-kb will replace this wiki page, letting libraries search & copy & 
share reports from Mana-kb

The code is written, it works, the patch has to be signed-off: 
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=17047

We plan to upload to mana-kb all the reports that are on the wiki page 
[stay tuned]
