Hi Rosalie,

Yes absolutely. I've at least 4 clients who are using Koha as a digital
archive. Since Koha 3.22, you can directly upload your digital files into
you 856$u and this will be available as clickable URLs on the OPAC. Earlier
too you could manually upload files under say /usr/share/koha/opac/htdocs
and link to it from 856$u as a link.
