[Koha] Repeat this Tag not working

Since upgrade to 16.11 when I click on *Repeat this Tag* (Cataloging) on some
fields (UNIMARC Ex: 701, 702)
nothing happens and if the cursor is down on the page it will jump to top
like this bug

Then I get this message on the browser Developer Tools:

Koha version: 16.11 + mariaDB + Ubuntu 16.04
