[Koha] New to Koha, but very interested

I don't think there's a direct link from the Koha search interface to WorldCat (i.e., if you come up empty on your Koha search you could click a link to repeat your search in Worldcat), but it would be easy enough to put a link to http://worldcat.org on the search screen.
One thing I love about Koha is that it's infinitely* configurable. If you want to add a MARC field, you can. If you want to make one up for local use, you can.** Tweak the xsl files a bit and you can add all sorts of things.
Another thing I love is that when I was evaluating ILSs I was able to set up a fully-functional library system on a spare PC in a few hours. I could point to it and say "this has everything we need--all we have to buy is a server and we'll save about $10,000 in licensing fees."
*Yes, infinitely.
**I'll have more to say on this later.

Life is complicated, stupid, confusing and annoying. Why couldn't I have been a squirrel?
