[Koha] Label export failed to load PDF document

Issues with diacritics usually come down to the fonts available. There's a
section that deals with the font paths in $KOHA_CONF. Loading fonts that
handle all of the diacritics onto the Koha server, and adjusting $KOHA_CONF
accordingly should take care of it. (Sorry, I'm a bit light on the details).
