[Koha] barcode scanner

hello there i need your valuable help :) i have some questions in relation to barcodes.

instead of using the barcodes created by koha we bought pre-printed barcodes. is it possible to import those barcodes we bought using a barcode scanner?

keep in mind that the barcodes we bought are nine digits while the ones created by koha are eleven digits.

also is it possible when scanning the barcodes to have a prefix attached to each barcode automatically, based on the library code.
