[Koha] 12.04 LTS to 14.04 LTS upgrade - any caveat?

Hi there

My Koha is currently on Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS which is prompting me to
"do-release-upgrade" to 14.04.1 LTS.

Anyone done this? Is it seamless? Any issues for Koha installation?
