[Koha] Missing lost status in Default framework item record

​We're in the same boat as Heather.  I can sort of see why large public and
university libraries may want to do things differently, but if you're a
small research collection like ours, this is awkward.

Heather, at least in our catalogue, the Lost status being hidden in the
editor  only occurs in the default framework.​
