[Koha] "borrowers" permission doesn't allow to see current loans

Hi, 
we experienced the same thing with koha 3.16.4.
We then decided to give remaining circulation permissions.
I had forgotten about that, but it sounds to me like a bug (because a script tries to load datas and can't succeed in).
Any bug filled, Sonia ?
