I figured this'd be worth posting here as it's likely to be of interest
to both librarians (archival of a large amount of historic data), and
Koha developers (Apache, Perl, Template::Toolkit should all sound
familiar.)

I wouldn't object to rewriting Koha to use Dancer though, I have to
say :)
