[Koha] MARC Preview in 3.16.02 - doesn't always display in managed MARC records

I have seen this problem in Windows (7) with Firefox and have
confirmed that it still exists in master. There is a JavaScript error:

I'm guessing this problem was introduced by Bug 10558 - Convert
records table in manage-marc-import.pl to Ajax DataTable
