[Koha] control availability of an item on OPAC

We run a media library which aim is educating young people. 

Because of our young worker we need to have some control on the items that
are catalogued. 
This means that a junior can catalogue an item but a senior must approve/
validate it to be visible on OPAC.

Is it possible with KOHA?
