[Koha] Subscribing to Koha

Hello,

I entered the following page:

to post the problem which i face in Koha installation.

Still my account not being activated.

I already copy paste mixed of characters and numbers and got error string.
Moreover, i sent email to check the problem.

Please clarify for me the steps to activate my account as i have a problem
in koha installation and solution as soon as possible
