[Koha] Koha multiple instance

So when I edit the css files of the first Koha instance in /usr/share/koha,
css of the second Koha instance inherit it? Because it's shared? That's what
I experience in my first server because we had some modifications on the css
file. In the second server, since there were no modifications in the css, I
got the default interface. Thanks & have a nice day!
