[Koha] Duplicates record are generated while importing books data

Hi guys,
i have generated mrc file of my books data using marcedit software.
when i import books in koha using this mrc file, it show for(eg 400 records
found and imported) but it also shows (800 items found and imported) which
is excatly duplicate number of actual records.
And in total duplicate records are generated in koha system.

Now one thing i found was that if i dont add marc 952$o tag for my koha
fullcallnumber (which is ddc+/+3 letter of author name) in my marc file than
it uploads proper 400 items.

Also if i remove this 952$o marc21 field from marc file than i cant see call
number in koha UI interface.

So i there any solution were i can upload proper records without generating
duplicate items and also can see full call number in koha UI.
