There was just a patch submitted for this problem.
http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=8133
Perhaps you can test it and sign off on it and let us know if it doesn't
work correctly for you. A sign-off would be excellent, helping move the
patch along the way towards inclusion in Koha.
