My old 32-bit sandbox still has 11.04 on it (for historical reasons, 
everything else has been upgraded to 12.04 LTS which you might want to 
consider), and I have installed all flavours of Koha 3.8 (up to 3.08.09, 
not .10) on it. You may have to search around a little bit for some of the 
dependencies, as the Ubuntu Natty apt-get repository occasionally lacks 
them -- but they can be found.

As a matter of netiquette, might I suggest that you do not cross post to 
the users *and* the devel lists?
