[Koha] Web installation configuration options & cron jobs inclusion/exclusion

I forgot to ask about which cron jobs I need to run for my case...I came out
with a list which I think some is essential and some questionable...

- rebuild_zebra.pl (essential)
- check-url.pl (essential)
- merge_authorities.pl (essential)
- delete_expired_opac_registrations.pl (?)
- delete_unverified_opac_registrations.pl (?)
- process_message_queue.pl (??)
- serialsUpdate.pl (?)
- rss.pl (?)
- build_browser_and_cloud.pl (?)
- cloud-kw.pl (?)
- cleanup_database.pl (?)
- purge_suggestions.pl (??)
