[Koha] Some questions on importing authorities

Hi Manos:

I can't tell you about agnostic encoding (we are using UTF8), but
authorities works with: http://www.loc.gov/marc/authority/


You can import auth records from staff interface, but you should change to
authorities instead of bibs.
